無奈中消失也是積極中的幸福 Dance a Dance to Remember is a dance piece created during Wu-Kang’s artist residency in National Taichung Theater. Rooted in personal and familial relationships, the work explores death through video, objects, movement, and spoken word.

Within the performance, Wu-Kang responds to the short film "九槍" (And Miles to Go Before I Sleep), which recounts the true story of Nguyen Quoc Phi, a Vietnamese migrant worker fatally shot nine times by Taiwanese police in 2017. I was responsible for the projected animation in this segment. The visuals were developed from real police bodycam dialogue, translating the unspoken tension and structural violence into abstract motion.
